WIA FUNDING - ULSTER COUNTY Ulster County residents may be eligible for tuition assistance through WIA - Workforce Investment Act. WIA FUNDING - DUTCHESS COUNTY Dutchess County residents may be eligible for tuition assistance through WIA - Workforce Investment Act. If you are interested in learning more about WIA elegibility requirements, you should contact Dutchess Works at (845) 485-2660 or visit their office at 233 Main Street, Poughkeepsie. Acces / VR formerly known as VESID Individuals may qualify for tuition assistance through Acces/VR. Ulster County residents should call (845) 339-4270 for info. Dutchess County residents should call (845) 452-5325.	VETERANS Veterans and eligible family members may also qualify for tuition assistance.
